Guidelines for Presentations
Oral presentations
Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions, 1 minute is reserved for setting up
the following presentation. Please prepare your oral presentation in a Power Point (ppt, pptx) or pdf format
named "Lastname_firstname.ppt(x)/pdf" (The presentation have to be cede to the organizing committee the
day before the speesh) . The presentation will be displayed on screen by video projector.
Each session room will be equipped with a computer with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader
(.ppt, .pptx or .pdf format files + video files .avi), a digital projector, a laser pointer, and microphones.
You will not be allowed to use your own computer.
Authors are requested to upload their presentations directly in the lecture room within the half-hour before
the beginning of the oral block. Assistance will be available for help.
Posters presentations
Poster display time is 08:00 to 19:00 daily in CARAVELLE. Authors are responsible of setup of their poster
in the morning. Assistance will be available for help and fixing material. The author is expected to be available
for presentation next to their poster during poster sessions. Authors are responsible dismantling their poster
in the evening before 19:30.
The posters will be mounted on a single vertical panels A0 size in portrait layout: 118cm height and 84cm width.
